How to report a fault
The faster we understand the problem, the faster we can help. Please send us:
- A description of what is happening, for example not cooling, warm room, ice build-up, unusual noise, or the unit not starting
- The equipment brand and model, if you have it
- Your location
- Photos or a short video of the problem and of the equipment label
